Each of our Technical Engineers is fully mobile, each having a wireless laptop enabling them to provide technical support from anywhere. Our main focus in business is Local Area Network’s and all of the elements associated with them i.e. Hardware, Software, Printers, E-mail, Web Access, Document Production, Anti Virus, Fax ,Security, VOIP, Video Conferencing etc.

Over the years we have developed company procedures that ensure the highest level of service possible. Our helpdesk and call logging procedures are the envy of many other companies.
A typical technical Support Contract would provide 2 hours on-site guaranteed for € 199 per month. Any additional hours would be charged at € 69 per hour subject to a maximum. Unused hours can be carried forward from month to month.
