We will deliver IT support and maintenance to your network by telephone, via the Internet and On-Site if required.
We provide standard cover from Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm.
Extended cover for Weekends etc., is also available. All calls are logged through our helpdesk where you will be given a log number. Most faults are responded to by phone within an hour and should a site visit be required we generally respond within 4 hours. However in the event of a serious technical fault we can react much faster.
